Small Projects
“Becky and I had never undertaken a home remodel or facelift before. We felt that for us to be hospitable the way God wants us to be, that our 26-year old home needed some love. I knew Ryan long enough to have given him some business advice over the years. When I saw that RW Anderson had moved into the remodel and repair world, I knew who we needed to call.
John Kopp came to see us and we formulated a plan. I can't tell you how much better this has gone during this slow economic period than the stories most fear. Our pointman, Mike Cox, has been diligent and enjoyed better purchase prices and fairer subcontracting than could be expected.
We feel like we have received great work and are glad we fought normal fears. We are money ahead and are getting our hospitality confidence back.”

“When the city cut down seven hemlock trees in my back yard that were interfering with the power lines, I was left with the proverbial question “What now?” The ‘what now’ turned into ‘what have I done!” and “what was I thinking?”After digging out three of the enormous stumps and removing a rock wall, I decided to have a retaining wall installed, level the back yard, widen the driveway, pour new concrete walkways and move the stairway. RW Handyman to the rescue! RW Handyman had installed block walls for a couple of my neighbors and the results were fabulous. Thus, I called for an estimate and hired them on the spot!
John and Tim came out to look over the project. They made suggestions and listened closely to what I wanted considering both esthetics and costs. Naturally, I changed my mind a few times, but they were gracious and accommodating in providing new estimates and taking time to explain any changes I did not understand. I was always assured that it was my project and that they were there to ensure that I got the results that I envisioned. Finally, deciding on the scope of the project, the work began. The project was completed in the time frame they had stated, with Aaron showing up as scheduled and answering all of my questions with thoughtful consideration. All of my changes were accommodated and cost increases were presented forthwith. The final bid was accurate and no surprise costs were added. Wow! When has that ever happened? The rubble was removed and the work site was cleaned and swept each night and was left in a much better state at the end than I could have ever imagined! They really went above and beyond what was expected!
All the neighbors have admired the block wall and the quality of workmanship. I am so grateful to have had an opportunity to work with RW Handyman. As a matter of fact, I had occasion to call them again a few weeks later when I was in a pinch in completing the fence that went atop the block wall. It was no surprise that they were able to meet my needs and sent someone out on a Saturday to complete the last bit of fence and the gate. Again, quality of workmanship, consideration for the customer, and professionalism prevailed!
Thank you RW Handyman, John, Tim, Aaron, and Pat.”

"My husband and I purchased a older home last summer. There were some things that just bothered us. RW Handyman corrected our pet peeves. They did a terrific job of removing the front door with side light that was in the dining room and creating space in the living room for the existing door with two new sidelights. They put in a picture frame window that matched the other two windows in the dining room where the original door was located. They also removed the beam in the dining room to create more space. Everything was painted, trimmed to match the rest of the home.
We appreciate everyone's willingness to accommodate our work schedule.
Thanks a lot!"
